Returns & Refunds

 

​​Returns:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund, please contact info@manomjewellery.com within 28 days from your item arrival for  further instruction and return address.  

The item must be in its original condition, unworn and be sent securely in the original packaging.
Please enclose the order number inside the package. 
I recommend you to send back items via an insured and trackable shipping method to make sure it will be sent back to me safely since I cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Always good to keep the tracking number with you until you hear from me once I receive the item. ​


Returns received after 28 days are not refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note. 

Refunds:

Once I've received the returned item and confirmed the condition, I'll process the refund and get in touch with you. Refunds of undamaged and unworn items will be issued within 3 working days once returned, and will be credited to the original payment method. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to process the refund.
Please note that I cannot refund the shipping costs unless items are faulty. 

Returning faulty goods:

All the pieces are lovingly and carefully handcrafted by Mayo to a high quality standard. However in the rare case that the item/s are delivered faulty or damaged please contact me straight away so we can arrange a replacement or a repair. In this case I will cover the return delivery costs.
 

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault causes breakage within 6 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed carefully to allow for production improvement. Any items that display damage that is deemed to be a direct result of wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.  A repair service will be offered in this case to give your jewellery a fresh life again. There will be a charge for this service to cover the cost for repairing and shipping etc.
